MANUFACTURING:

         The Office Manager was a pioneer in the office systems refurbishing industry; a concept of recycling office partitions from leading manufacturers. In 1999, we standardized our manufacturing on the Herman Miller Action Office series; an A-grade, superior system that has furnished corporate America for decades.   

Our remanufacturing technique is a thorough and systematic process with attention paid to every detail.          All fabric and components are stripped from the Herman Miller panel, revealing the core. Metal side rails, connectors, finished ends and base plates are then prepared and power-coated with one of our 9 custom paint selections and baked for one hour at 450°.          Custom fabric supplied by Burch Industries is then stapled to the core panel with an automatic, 15-amp stapler gun.          All metal components are then reassembled and thoroughly examined for any defects. A new top cap is glued and the panel is wrappped and ready for trucking and installation.
